Biografia da TV Brasileira- 2º volume

Meus leitores, nas férias, acabei de ler o 2º volume da Biografia da Televisão Brasileira. Em junho, já tinha mostrado, aqui pra vocês, o 1º volume: https://blogdaacessibilidade.blogspot.com/2019/06/biografia-da-televisao-brasileira.html .  E já tinha elogiado bastante o livro.
Gostei mais ainda do 2º volume porque ele se refere mais à época em que eu já assistia televisão. Então, pude relembrar muitos programas e momentos que assisti a partir da década de 80. Programas de calouros; programas de auditório (alguns comunicadores estão aí até hoje); novelas (quando eu ainda assistia); a programação esportiva da Band, que me fez escolher seguir o jornalismo; o surgimento do SBT; o surgimento e queda da Manchete; a ascensão da Record; os prorgramas jornalísticos; a consolidação da liderança da Globo; os programas de humor; o surgimento da TV a cabo e a segmentação da TV; a descoberta da internet; a aparição dos reality shows, entre outras coisas que eu devo estar esquecendo. 
A minha vida passou pela TV. A história do Brasil e do mundo passaram pela TV. E não acho que TV seja só uma distração. Uma babá eletrônica, segundo a definição de muitos. Me informei e aprendi muito por causa dela. Aprendi sobre esporte; jornalismo; sociedade; política; religião; economia; etc. Por isso, recomendo, mais um vez, a leitura dessa magnífica biografia.

Minha Gente, esta semana, acabei de ler a autobiografia de Gustavo Kuerten e fiquei completamente encantado. Que livro envolvente! É daqueles que lamentei quando terminei.
Acabei acompanhando boa parte da carreira do Guga quando ele esteve no auge. Lembro de ver a final de Roland Garros em 97 na extinta TV Manchete (gente, realmente estou ficando velho, né?) com aquela roupa chamativa em azul e amarela (ele explica a história dessa roupa no livro, viu?). Ali, Guga apareceu para o mundo, ganhando o seu 1º grande título e dando um salto gigantesco no ranking mundial.
E foi aí que comecei a admirá-lo pelo seu alto astral e jeito moleque. Guga é daquelas pessoas que parece que estão sempre de bem com a vida. Nada tira a sua felicidade. E olha que Guga perdeu o pai quando era criança e também viu o seu irmão que, coincidentemente, também tinha paralisia cerebral como eu, falecer na sua frente. Esses fatos fez Gustavo Kuerten valorizar bastante a sua família, outro detalhe que me chamou a atenção no livro. Impossível esquecer do Larri, tal forte era a parceria dos dois. Aliás, fiz propaganda da obra e até agora não disse o nome dela para vocês. É "Guga, Um Brasileiro", Editora Sextante.
