Há 20 dias, escrevi um texto enumerando os problemas que achei que o Grêmio teria nessa Libertadores (https://blogdaacessibilidade.blogspot.com/2019/03/o-gremio-na-libertadores.html) mas teve mais problemas nesses primeiros três jogos. Vamos a eles: 1) Geromel, em alguns jogos desse ano, esteve abaixo do seu nível habitual. 2) Juninho Capixaba começou muito bem o ano e merecia o lugar de Cortez mas deram um gelo nele. 3) Maicon parece que chegou no seu limite. Está lento. 4) Luan não joga nada desde 2018. Percebam: são dois jogadores de um setor de três ou quatro. Sobrecarrega o time. 5) não temos centroavante. Achei que Vizeu seria esse homem mas, até agora, não vingou. Tanto que temos saudades do Jael, que muitos consideravam limitado. 6) Everton, desde que foi para a seleção, caiu de nível no Grêmio. 7) Montoya não está vingando.
O Grêmio terá um calendário mais leve e isso deve favorecer no Brasileiro. Mas precisa se ajudar. Tem que reforçar o elenco. Precisa trazer dois zagueiros, um ou dois meias e um ou dois atacantes. Se o clube está com as finanças saneadas, como foi divulgado outro dia, tem que arriscar um pouquinho mais nas contratações.
Se o problema foi a hipótese, que alguns estão ventilando, de que Renato perdeu o vestiário, tem que trocar o técnico. Mas trazer quem? Teria que fazer uma aposta num nome menos conhecido porque os treinadores consagrados estão todos empregados.
