Resultado do Caso Victor Ramos

Meus amigos, lamentável a decisão do STJD (Supremo Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva) sobre o Caso Victor Ramos. O Inter apenas foi multado em R$ 720 mil, o que não é nada para um clube desse porte. Ou seja, foi praticamente uma absolvição.
Vamos relembrar todo o caso: o Inter foi rebaixado dentro de campo. Num ato de desespero, se agarrou a uma possível transferência do jogador Victor Ramos feita de maneira equivocada, segundo o Inter. Essa equívoco já tinha julgado sido em várias instâncias e, em todas, o Vitória ganhou. Duas perguntas: 1) por que o Vitória usaria um jogador irregular durante o campeonato brasileiro todo?, 2) por que o Inter só foi atrás disso quando já estava na zona do rebaixamento?
O Inter perdeu em todas as instâncias, o que, por si só, já seria ruim. Mas o feitiço virou contra o feiticeiro porque, para fazer a denúncia e tentar reverter o rebaixamento, o Inter usou e-mails recebidos que o próprio representante do jogador repassou. Detalhe: essa pessoa suprimiu partes desses e-mails usados na transação do Victor Ramos. Com que intenção ele fez isso? Não sei.
Agora isso é muito estranho. O Inter recebe e-mails do representante do jogador e não desconfia de nada? Uma pergunta: porque o representante iria querer ferrar com o clube que ele estava jogando (o Vitória)? Ele ia acabar ferrando o próprio patrão e, por consequência, o seu próprio trabalho.  
Por isso, o Inter foi julgado no STJD: adulteração de documentos. E foi nesse julgamento que tomou os R$ 720 mil de multa. Como escrevi no começo do texto, uma multa muito branda porque, se o Inter consegue o seu intento, botaria o Vitória (um time com profissionais que tem família para sustentar e uma torcida apaixonada, como o Inter) na 2ª divisão com documentos adulterados. 
Muitas pessoas colocaram a culpa no ex-presidente Vitorio Píffero. Dizem que a instituição não pode levar a culpa pelo erro de alguns. Mas se esquecem de dois detalhes.
